This post needs research. Just because something appears to be gluten-free, doesn’t mean it’s suitable for celiacs. For example, patatas bravas are NOT guaranteed to be suitable for celiacs. If a restaurant fries their potatoes in the same fry vat that they fry their pescaitos, calamari, croquetas, onion rings, etc, then that’s cross-contamination. (Even the tiniest speck of cross-contamination can have health consequences for celiacs.) There’s a big difference between someone who chooses a gluten-free lifestyle, and someone who’s celiac.
