Let’s face it—we all love food! Especially when visiting a city as food orientated as Barcelona.
If you’re anything like us though—after a few days of eating and drinking some of the deliciously indulgent food on offer in Barcelona, you may need something a little lighter! As always, we’re here to help. We’ve been there—the jeans start to get a little tight, and it’s time for something a little healthier. Check out these deliciously healthy restaurants in Barcelona for the ultimate quick and tasty detox!
Tucked away in one of the narrow streets of Barcelona’s charming Born district, Picnic is a cozy cafe with high tables and stools and a long list of deliciously healthy eats! It’s one of our very favorite healthy restaurants in Barcelona! From gorgeous salads to smoothies and more. And because you deserve it, make sure to finish off with a slice of one of their many homemade cakes. If you’re looking for a girly brunch, make sure to try their homemade lemonades with cava and pancakes! Incredible!

2. Taca de Cafè
Taca de Cafè is a tiny Italian, family-run cafe in Gracia, and a perfect spot for that light comfort food you know you’re craving. Didn’t know light comfort food existed? The set lunch menu includes things like perfectly roasted chicken, Roman porchetta, sandwiches and salads, and the homemade pastas are the perfect serving.

“Eat better, be happier, live longer.” How could you not want to try a place with that mantra? New in town, La Esquina is a British inspired corner restaurant just a stone’s throw from Plaça Catalunya. The menu consists of seasonal, market-fresh, and, as they call them, “contemporary grandma” dishes. Homemade comfort food with a modern touch. Yum!

Gut, a small, bright restaurant on the edge of Gracia and Eixample, includes freshly squeezed juices as part of their set lunch menu. What’s not to love?
