We’re back with Barcelona in the Blogosphere, a nice little roundup of the recent blogs about Barcelona, our beautiful city. Barcelona is bustling as usual, and there are a lot of great writers and photographers out there getting a piece of the action. If you have something you’d like to share with us, please send it our way!

There's a lot of buzz going on about our city, and that's why we've created Barcelona in the Blogosphere, a series of posts highlighting recent blogs about Barcelona. From photography to gastronomy, there's something for everyone!

Barcelona Blonde

Gracia: The Little Village Hidden Inside Barcelona

Jessica of Barcelona Blonde is a local that happens to live in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods: Gracia. This neighborhood was actually once a village on the outskirts of Barcelona. It still maintains a special, small-town vibe that feels like a breath of fresh air from the big city just a few minutes down the hill. Unique festivals, traditions and a close, tight-knit community are what make Gracia such a cool place.

We love Gracia so much that we even run our Neighborhood Market & Food Tour there! Come and join us to discover it through a local’s eyes.

Travel & Lust

La Cuina d’en Garriga

The wonderful travel blog Travel & Lust boasts a pretty impressive collection of blogs about Barcelona. One of them highlighting the nostalgic La Cuina d’en Garriga. It’s a gourmet grocery store, wine cellar, and restaurant in Barcelona’s classic Eixample district. The history of this place, dating back to 1876 and involving the invention of the siphon, is enough to spark curiosity. Not to mention the top-notch products and delicious dishes that come out of their traditional Catalan kitchen.

Not sure what Catalan food is all about? Check out our video with the lovely Raquel as she explains some of our favorite classical dishes here in Barcelona.

Miquel Hudin

Miquel Hudin is, among other things, a writer living in Barcelona. Furthermore, one that takes his croissants very seriously. We can’t blame him, either, as it’s a well-known fact that many traditional Spanish bakeries use pork fat in their not-so-fluffy pastries.

One Day in Sofia

Hola Barcelona

Who doesn’t love a photo diary? Milena, the photographer, and blogger behind One Day in Sofia, didn’t think words could do justice to Barcelona! Therefore, instead, she lets her dozens of plentiful photos tell the story. They say an image speaks a thousand words, and when it comes to Barcelona, maybe even more! We love her take on the city, which makes her site one of our favorite blogs about Barcelona!
